Effective date: October 15, 2026
Version: 1.0
These Terms govern your use of collegefraturday.com and its features (the "Site"). The Site is owned and operated by BFT Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("BFT Digital," "we," "us").
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. When you submit a listing request, a house claim or a comment, we also ask you to confirm your agreement by checking a box (see Section 4). The following documents form part of these Terms:
- the Privacy Policy;
- the Community & Moderation Policy;
- the Event Organizer Responsibilities;
- the Reporting & Takedown Procedures.
If you don't agree, don't use the Site.
1. Who may use the Site
- Browsing. Anyone may browse the Site. No account is needed, and the Site has no shopper accounts.
- Participation. Submitting a listing request, claiming a house, posting events, commenting, and using interest or props is limited to people 18 or older.
- Listing requests, house claims and comments require ticking an acceptance box (Section 4).
- Interest and props are one-tap, anonymous signals with no box to tick. They are still limited to people 18 or older and governed by these Terms, and the Site says so next to those buttons.
- Organizers. Organizer features are limited to people authorized by the house or organization they represent.
- Alcohol. Content that refers to alcohol is meant only for people of legal drinking age where they live (21 in the United States). We don't sell alcohol and don't link to alcohol products.
2. What the Site is
- A shopping guide, not a store.
- We describe products and link to third-party retailers.
- We don't sell products, take orders or process payments. Purchases are between you and the retailer, under its terms.
- We show a price only when we've checked it within the last 30 days, with the date we checked. Prices change, and the retailer's checkout price controls.
- See the Affiliate Disclosure.
- Tools.
- Saturday Forecast: National Weather Service data plus a for-fun rating that is not an official forecast.
- Playlists: third-party links and embeds.
- Print Shop: novelty cards made in your browser; you're responsible for what you print and how you use it.
- Randomizer and Party Builder: suggestions only.
- House Directory. Opt-in listings of college houses and their Saturday plans, submitted by authorized organizers and reviewed by us.
3. Rules of conduct
You agree not to use the Site to:
- break any law or campus rule;
- facilitate unlawful alcohol-related activity, including:
- providing alcohol to anyone under the legal drinking age;
- selling alcohol, or charging entry or "donations" for alcohol, without the licenses the law requires;
- organizing drinking events for minors;
- encouraging dangerous or forced drinking, including as part of hazing;
- promote hazing, violence, weapons, illegal drugs, or other unsafe or illegal activity;
- harass, threaten, bully or dox anyone, or post hate speech;
- impersonate a person or organization, or misrepresent your authority to act for one;
- post someone's private information (including a home address) without authorization;
- post spam or advertising, or post links where links aren't allowed;
- infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
- scrape, probe, overload or disrupt the Site;
- bypass security, rate limits, bot checks or verification;
- use automation or coordinated activity to manipulate counts or moderation.
4. Directory submissions and terms acceptance
- Affirmative acceptance.
- Listing requests, house claims and comments can't be sent until you check a box confirming that you're 18 or older and that you agree to these Terms and the Community & Moderation Policy. Organizer forms also cover the Event Organizer Responsibilities.
- The box is never pre-checked.
- We record which policy version you accepted and when, together with your submission.
- Review.
- Listings, claims, material listing changes, new events and comments are reviewed before publication.
- We may approve, edit for length or format, decline, hide or remove any submission.
- Our target is a decision within two business days. That is a target, not a promise.
- Accuracy and authority. You confirm that what you submit is accurate, that you are authorized to represent the house or organization, and that you may share what you submit.
- Addresses.
- We don't publish private home addresses by default.
- An exact address is published only if you confirm the residents authorized it to be public and we decide to publish it. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
- Names and marks.
- Identify houses and organizations by their legitimate names, as text only.
- Don't submit logos, crests or marks used as branding, or anything implying endorsement by a school, national organization or sponsor.
- We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by any school or organization listed.
- No media. The Site doesn't accept photo, video or other media uploads.
- License to us.
- You keep ownership of what you submit.
- You grant BFT Digital a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, format and distribute it on and in connection with operating and promoting the Site. The license lasts while it's published, plus a reasonable period afterwards for backups, records and legal compliance.
- You confirm you have the right to grant this license.
5. Organizer access
- Manage codes.
- Verified organizers receive a private manage code. Keep it secret.
- You're responsible for activity under your code. Tell us at once if it's compromised.
- We may revoke or rotate codes at any time.
- What changes take effect when. Cancellations and unpublishing take effect immediately. New events and material changes are reviewed first.
- Responsibilities. Organizers must follow the Event Organizer Responsibilities.
- Not an endorsement. A listing or event on the Site isn't an endorsement, invitation, sponsorship or guarantee by us. Attend at your own judgment and risk.
6. Community features
- Comments. Text only, and reviewed before publication.
- Interest and props.
- Anonymous, positive-only, one-tap signals for people 18 or older. They don't require ticking the acceptance box. Using them is subject to these Terms.
- Interest counts show only when at least five people have tapped.
- We don't rank people.
- Manipulation. We may discount, hide or reset counts we believe were manipulated.
7. Reports, takedowns and copyright
- Reporting. Anyone can report a listing, event or comment. Reporting doesn't require accepting these Terms. See the Reporting & Takedown Procedures.
- Copyright.
- We respond to notices that meet 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), and we act on valid counter-notices as that law provides.
- We terminate the access of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
- Send copyright notices to legal@collegefraturday.com.
8. Suspension and termination
- We may suspend or end access to organizer or community features, or remove content, at any time, including for breach of these Terms or our policies.
- Sections 4 (license), 9, 10, 11 and 12 survive termination.
9. Intellectual property
- The Site's design, text, illustrations, logos and the College Fraturday name belong to BFT Digital or its licensors.
- Retailer, product, school and organization names belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
- School data comes from the U.S. Department of Education (IPEDS, public domain).
- Photography is used under its licenses.
10. Third parties and disclaimers
- Third parties. Links and embeds (retailers, Spotify, the National Weather Service) are governed by those parties' terms. We aren't responsible for them, their products or their content.
- Disclaimer of warranties. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- What we don't warrant. We don't warrant that:
- the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free;
- prices, availability or product information from retailers is accurate after we checked it;
- user-submitted listings or events are accurate or safe, or that an event will take place.
- Weather. The weather rating is entertainment. Use official sources for safety decisions.
11. Limitation of liability
11.1 Free service.
- The Site is provided free of charge, and we earn no money from your use of it except as described in the Affiliate Disclosure.
- The limits in this Section reflect that, and form part of the basis on which we offer the Site.
11.2 Excluded damages. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BFT DIGITAL AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
- LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL.
This applies however the claim arises, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, and even if we were told such damages were possible.
11.3 Third-party events, products and content. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM:
- an event, gathering or activity listed on the Site;
- the conduct of any organizer, attendee or other user;
- any product or service bought from a third party;
- user-submitted content.
These are organized, offered or created by others, not by us.
11.4 Cap. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF:
- (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SITE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
- (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
11.5 What we don't limit. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that can't lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for:
- (a) our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- (b) our gross negligence or willful misconduct;
- (c) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, where the law doesn't permit that limit.
Some states and countries don't allow certain exclusions or limits. Where they apply, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.
12. Indemnity (organizers and submitting users only)
This Section doesn't apply to visitors who only browse the Site.
If you submit a listing request, claim a house, post or manage events, or post a comment, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless BFT Digital and its members, managers, employees and agents from third-party claims, losses and reasonable expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) to the extent they arise from:
- (a) your publishing or managing an event or listing that you weren't authorized to publish or manage;
- (b) a submission of yours that is unlawful;
- (c) a submission of yours that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
- (d) a materially false representation you made in a submission (for example about your age, your authority to represent a house, or the residents' authorization to publish an address);
- (e) your substantial violation of these Terms in connection with your submissions or events.
We'll notify you promptly of any such claim. We may control the defense, in which case you'll cooperate reasonably. You won't settle a claim that affects us without our consent.
13. Governing law and where disputes are heard
- Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- Courts. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you and we consent to their personal jurisdiction and venue there.
- Exceptions.
- (a) Either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court where you live.
- (b) If you are a consumer and the law where you live gives you a right that can't be waived (for example, to bring a claim in your home courts or under your local consumer-protection law), this Section doesn't take that right away.
- No mandatory arbitration and no class-action waiver.
- Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, please write to legal@collegefraturday.com so we can try to resolve it.
14. Changes, notices and general terms
- Changes.
- We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version with its effective date and note material changes on the Site.
- Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
- Submission forms will ask you to accept the current version.
- Notices to us: legal@collegefraturday.com. General questions: hello@collegefraturday.com. Support, moderation and appeals: support@collegefraturday.com. A postal address for formal legal service is available on written request to legal@.
- General.
- These Terms and the documents they reference are the whole agreement about the Site.
- If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
- Our not enforcing a term isn't a waiver.
- You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, sale or reorganization.
